Power Processing & Distribution

ExoTerra's power systems include radiation-tolerant, lightweight, high-efficiency power processing and distribution units. Halo PPUs are fully throttleable and highly autonomous, and support the simultaneous operation of multiple thrusters.

IRIS Propulsion Module

ExoTerra's Iris is a fully-integrated COTS electric propulsion module for smallsats. Iris incorporates our flight-proven Halo thruster, weighs a mere 15kg (wet), and fits within the normally unused space inside common 24" diameter separation rings.

Courier SEP Buses

The Courier modules are a complete CubeSat bus built around our flight-proven Halo and or Halo 12 thruster. Courier provides >1200 m/s dV, 300W, and 2U of payload in a 12U form factor, with >300 W electrical power available to payloads during non-thrust periods.

Propellant Flow Control

ExoTerra's Propellant Flow Control system delivers precisely-controlled propellant flows to electric thrusters. Its compact size (<1U) and flexibility make it the perfect choice for electric propulsion systems using xenon or krypton propellants.

ExoTerra offers complete propulsion solutions including miniature Hall-effect thrusters, power processing units, and xenon/krypton flow control systems for affordable high-impulse microsatellite and CubeSat propulsion. ExoTerra's Courier is an end-to-end power and propulsion solution, delivering >1200 m/s DV, 300W, and 2U of payload in a 12U CubeSat form factor. ExoTerra's Courier 4000 is a complete power and propulsion solution built around our larger Halo 12 thruster.
